These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and policies presented at checkout, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Products & Availability

PawPair offers matching clothing for dogs and their humans, individual apparel, accessories, and personalized pet products.

Product availability, sizes, colours, and designs may change. We aim to present our products accurately, although colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.

Product specifications and any applicable care instructions are provided on individual product pages.

Orders & Payments

Prices, applicable taxes, and shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Orders are subject to availability and payment confirmation. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution.

Personalized Products

For personalized products, customers are responsible for submitting suitable photos, correct names, and accurate customization instructions.

By submitting a photo or artwork, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission for PawPair to use it to produce your requested item.

We may contact you if additional information or a clearer photograph is needed.

Where design approval is offered, please review the preview carefully before approving it. The finished embroidery may differ slightly from a digital preview due to the nature of embroidery.

Sizing & Exchanges

Please review the size charts before purchasing.

Human and dog clothing sizes are selected independently where the product offers separate sizing options.

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds. Eligible non-personalized clothing may be exchanged for another size in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Shipping

Shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery information are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Custom-made products may require additional production time.

Intellectual Property

PawPair branding, original product designs, website content, and other materials owned by PawPair may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.

Customer-submitted customization materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
